update: SEO/privacy overhaul — 36 CVE stats, redact case numbers, full sitemap

- Privacy: redact CSSF/CIRCL/PDPC case numbers, mask regulator staff names

- Numbers: update all CVE counts (6→36, 11 MITRE tickets)
