Set DNS matchDomains when include routes have no default route
...
Without this, the system ignores the NE's DNS server when IPv4
include routes don't contain 0.0.0.0/0 (e.g. segment routing).
Only applied conditionally to avoid breaking macOS Internet Sharing.

Show non-XPC content immediately in App Settings and Core Settings,
loading Helper Service status and Data Size in a second phase to
avoid blocking the entire form and eliminate the red "Unavailable" flash.

Refactor to eliminate hardcoded identifiers

Read package identifier and app group ID from Info.plist at runtime
via AppConfiguration. This enables SFM.System to use TeamID-prefixed
app group format required by macOS Sequoia, fixing the privacy prompt
when accessing app group data.
